After upgrading to 12.1.3 users find that when they have entered and saved the Key Member information in R12, the Role Field becomes greyed out. This is different than the behavior in release 11i. This causes a problem in release 12 because if an incorrect Role is selected then users do not have an option to update the incorrect Role.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Create Project
2) Go to Key Member Tab
3) Select Employee
4) Select Role & Role Start Date
5) Save Record
6) Role Field gets greyed out unlike in 11i.
