Some Specific Standard Reports That Worked Fine In 11i Throw APP-FND-00798 Error In R12, How To Overcome This? (Doc ID 1390443.1)

Found that some R11 reports cannot run properly in R12, throwing errors like the ones mentioned below.
This was reported for the following reports but it might reproduce the same for others:
FGLACTANL132 Account Analysis - Foreign Currency(132 Char)
FGLACTANL180 Account Analysis - Foreign Currency(180 Char)

APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference GL_SRS_ACCTANL_BALANCE_TYPE in value set attached to segment Starting Period
Please check the WHERE clauses of your table validated value sets.

APP-FND-00730: This flexfield has an invalid value set. It may use  a special value set that uses an Edit event user exit, and the user exit has failed. If you are using a form on a graphical user interface (GUI) you may have an invalid value set of a different type, possibly a table-validated value set where the table or view does not exist or where there is an invalid WHERE clause.

Contact your system administrator or support representative to check and correct the value sets this flexfields uses.
