Goal

After performing a Platform Migration, following instructions from Note 1366265.1 in order to Migrate Oracle Applications Release 11i Using Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Enterprise Edition.

From Section 4: Import target database objects:
The following objects are not being created on import:
  . CS_SERVICE_REQUEST_OQT
  . CS_SERVICE_REQUEST_IQT

Is it necessary to create these tables and then attempt to load data using impdp?
