On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
When attempting to validate application accounting definition(Process Manufacturing),
the following error occurs.

Please enable the FND: Log Enabled profile option,revalidate
the application accounting definition, and review the log
for more information
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opm Financials
2. Subledger accounting>Validate Application accounting definition after modifying few JLTs.
