Cannot create Notes for a Claim in Advanced Collections, you are receiving the following message:

Logged in User Does not have Access to this Page.

Responsibility:  Collections
Navigation:  Collections Agent > Collections
Query Organization
View = Customer
Account tab, click on Open Lines Listing
Click on Deduction link in the Open Lines Listing grid
This opens the Oracle Collections HTML form for claims details
Select NOTES on the left side of the form
Select Create in the Claim Details - Notes form
Select Type
Enter Note data in the Note dialogue box.
Click on Create
Logged in user does not have permission to access this page.
