Retropay (Enhanced) Errors FDPCLS failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE and Signal 6 (Doc ID 1391204.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Retropay (Enhanced), the following error occurs.

Cause: FDPCLS failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: lock TABLE FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS IN SHARE UPDATE MODE and was executed from the

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1.Run Retropay enhanced for a set with a large number of employees
