Symptoms

When attempting to submit the Interface Trip Stop program for a trip stop and delivery, the following error can be observed in the log of the program:

When checking MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (MTI) data, the table shows the following error code and explanation:

ERROR_CODE - Transaction processor error
ERROR_EXPL - ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_KanbanCard_PKG Procedure Query_Row

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End user deleted corresponding Kanban card
2. Navigate to Shipping->Interfaces->Run.
3. Select the program Interface Trip Stop - SRS.
4. Enter the necessary parameters and submit the program.
