R11i Using Pattern Search Engine Errors With Duplicate Price List Lines Failed to Resolve Incompatibility Between Price Lists (Doc ID 1391361.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Price List

When attempting to enter item item 52001 with price list defaulting as Master Price List
the following error occurs.

*STATUS_TEXT :=Duplicate Price List Lines ( i.e. equal precedence): LIST-MASTER-US, EURO-LIST-MASTER

NOTES
------------
Primary price list = Master Price List has four secondary price lists.
The secondary price lists precedence is set as follows:
Secondary Price List Name Precedence
LIST-MASTER-US 150
EURO-LIST-MASTER 170
ASIA-LIST-MASTER 190
LIST-MASTER-CAN 210



Pattern Search is enabled.
Big search (for price lists) is enabled.

Earlier same error message was received for item 39.
For that setup/scenario, the solution was to remove all secondary price lists, save, then re-enter the price lists.
It appeared at first that this issue was related to <Bug 7408191> : PRICE RETURNED FROM WRONG SECONDARY PRICE LIST
which is linked to the solution provided through OEXOEORD: Price Returned From Wrong Secondary Price List <Document 746939.1>.
The instance has the fixed file versions and the solution outlined in <Document 746939.1> resolved the issue.

For this scenario we took the same actions as shown in <Document 746939.1>, however, the issue is not resolved.We then raised the priority of the precedence
under the secondary price list tab;170 became 17 and 150 became 15. This change was made to ensure that this precedence setting was highest precedence
as opposed to the product precedence set on the price list line. Retesting shows the error is no longer present and correct price list is used for pricing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter the order header
4. Enter sales order line for item 52001
5. Receives error: Duplicate Price List Lines ( i.e. equal precedence): LIST-MASTER-US, EURO-LIST-MASTER
