Symptoms
An Order Base is created with two Order Lines for different Packaged Items. This is being released onto a single Order Release. OTM is creating full pallets correctly for each of the Lines (i.e. separate Ship Units for full pallets, where the number of pallets is calculated correctly). However, the remaining partial pallets are remaining uncombined onto a Mixed Pallet (defined on the Destination Location). Instead, separate Ship Units are created for each Partial Pallet, using the THU assigned to the Order Line.
