Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, SLA custom sources XLAABDDS
When attempting to find a created custom source to modify it, the following error occurs.

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to custom source form to create a record
2. Create a record
3. Exit the form
4. Go back, record cannot be retrieved
