Next Last Page Links Not Working On Email Not Sent Page For Request History In Campaign Workbench (Doc ID 1391642.1)

Symptoms

In Campaign Workbench, looking up the 'emails not sent' in the history of a
request. When more than one page of failures for the request then you have
to click the 'Next' link but receive an error:

HTTP 500 error: The website cannot display the page.

Steps:
1. In Campaign Workbench: Administration > History > click on an id
2. Click the number of Not Sent Email
3. The first page of Not Sent Email displays, but the links to the rest of the list do not work

This is the page that is displayed when the “Next” link is clicked.
