Employee Self Service Qualification attachments are not Visible after Submission in employee self service (ESS)

1. Navigation : Employee Self Service >Education Information
2. Click Add Qualification button
3. Add qualification page opens ,Enter Degree Type(Type) & School
4. Review Page opens Click Add button to add attachment
5. Click the button to add the file
6. Click the Apply Button
7. Click the Submit Button while save attachment is checked
8. Confirmation Message
9. Click the Home button
10. View Qualification page
11. Click the update button for the Qualification recently created
12. No Attachment is visible
