Unable To Manually Re-Attach an Order to a Shipment Generated from a Ground Schedule (Doc ID 1392168.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to manually re-attach an order to a shipment generated from a ground schedule, the following error occurs.

That the order would be able to be manually re-attached to the shipment


-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

- Created an Itinerary and Ground Schedule Assigned

1. Created an Order Release
3. Plan the order onto a shipment
4. Next selected my order release then Actions > Order Management > Unassign Order Releases > Unassign Order - Buy
5. Then select the order release again, then Actions > Operational Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Manually assign to existing shipment (use same shipment)
6.  Error is received:
