PL/SQL Variable Does Not Appear When Queried While Defining a Condition in a Rule (Doc ID 1392421.1)

Find that attempting to define a Rule with a PL/SQL variable, it is not displayed by the application.

Error: None

Expected Behavior:
Expected to be able to select the variables.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PL/SQL variable.
Contract Terms Library Administrator Responsibility >Contract Terms Library>Variables
2. Attempt to create a rule with the variable.
Contract Terms Library Administrator Responsibility > Contract Expert > Rules> Add a Condition : Type Variable: Search for the PL/SQL variable.

Business Impact:
Due to this issue, rules with PL/SQL variables cannot be created.
