Symptoms




When attempting to add documents of records (DOR) to employee.applicants, the following error occurs.

Oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException:

ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-6512: at line 1

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError (T4CTTIoer.java:439)

at oracle.apps.per.dor.server.DocsOfRecordAMImpl.setRuntimeProfiles(DocsOfRecordAMImpl.java:1269)



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an employee.applicant
2. Employee Self-Service > Documents of Record
3. Attempt to upload a file
