Error During Return Cart In IProcurement Punchout

After returning a cart from pounchout to iProcurement, the following error occurs.
Applied <Patch 8949144> and same error still occurs:
Current and version 115.6.11510.3

ICX:Session Timeout = 30

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement
2. Click on punchout link
3. See the item coming back to iPrcurement
4. See the error.
