Embedded popup window is rendering randomly depending on the screen resolution

The popup position is calculated by the bean and the X,Y position is based on the size of the window and the parent window. This answers why the position appears to be random, but the issue the customer has is that if the user has a low resolution screen, the popup renders in the top right of the window requiring the user to scroll to see the popup.

The popup window should always be raised in the viewable portion of the screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1:- Add a popup window to a framework page

Region Style: popUp
Type: EmbeddedPopup
Height: 300
Width: 800

2:- On a client PC with a low screen resolution (e.g. 1280 X 800 & 1440 X 900), navigate to the page with the popup window

3:- Popup window is rendered outside the viewable screen. Users must scroll to find the popup window.
