iSupport Home Page - Login Errors: 'Responsibility is not valid', JTF-0763, 'Unexpected URL parameters' (Doc ID 1394098.1)

Issue # 1:

Accessing http://<host>:<port>/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp results in one of these errors:

•      JTF-0763
•      "Responsibility is not valid. Make sure the responsibility is defined and assigned to the user."

Issue # 2:

After setting up the iSupport GUEST user properly, the iSupport homepage (ibuhpage.jsp) redirects to the Oracle Applications login page with another error:

• "Unexpected URL parameters have been detected and will be ignored."

What is Working:

Certain users, such as an iSupport Employee user, could be working fine.
