Symptoms
When attempting to run journal import at the exact same time for the same
journal source but different group_id, one import fails with
the following error:

Erreur ORACLE -60 dans get_next_user_sequence.
Cause : L'exécution de la routine get_next_user_sequence a échoué en raison
de ORA-00060: détection d'interblocage pendant l'attente d'une ressource.
