Autoinvoice Not Updating AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.1.2 and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
After the AutoInvoice is completed, the business events should update the table AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY.
For other events like creating a manual transaction, receipt, adjustment the business events are working properly.
1. Run the program Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables and check the table AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY The results are OK 2. Select a customer with no open balance (no invoices, receipts etc) and create an invoice through AutoInvoice 3. Check the table AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY (after a few minutes) > nothing updated 4. Check the sql select wfd.user_data.EVENT_NAME EVENT_NAME, decode(wfd.state, 0, '0 = Ready', 1, '1 = Delayed', 2, '2 = Retained', 3, '3 = Exception', to_char(substr(wfd.state,1,12))) State, count(*) COUNT from applsys.wf_deferred wfd group by wfd.user_data.EVENT_NAME, wfd.state order by 3 desc, 1 asc; Results: no records founds
