Symptoms
While running "perl adcfgclone.pl dbconfig" on DB Tier, the wrong Password for the APPS User has been passed. It has been identified that the DB controlfiles are getting recreated instead of exiting out.
Expected Behavior:
When a wrong Password for the APPS User has been entered while running "perl adcfgclone.pl dbconfig", the script should fail with an error immediately.
