There are multiple RMA Receipt (CSIRMARC) transactions erred in csi_txn_errors table with
the below error message even though <Patch 10624990> is already applied.

You have encountered an unexpected error in match_mtl_txn_for_txn_dtl, with error ORA-01403: no data found.
The parameter value (Lot / Serial) for the parameter (Item attributes) is ignored. The transaction details entered do not match the inventory material transaction for one or more of the attributes. Pl. correct it and reprocess the error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Install Base Admin responsibility
2. (N) Transaction Error Processing form
3. Find multiple transactions failed with the above mentioned error that cannot be successfully reprocessed but failing with the same error.
