Balance Dimension "Element Entry Inception To Date" is not returning any value.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Add the balance dimension "Element Entry Inception To Date" to any balance but the value is not appearing in any balance value screen, it just doesn't show any value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the "Element Entry Inception To Date" dimension to show a value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add dimension "Element Entry Inception To Date" to any balance which returns a value
2. Run a Quickpay and examine balance
3. All dimensions apart from "Element Entry Inception To Date" will be shown
