Symptoms
Problem
When putting 2 or more items on a change request for which the Item Description is updated via a UDA (User Defined Attribute) that gets copied into the Item Description using a function, the implementation of the change order fails.
A change order with only one item can be implemented without any issue.
Steps
1. Create change order
2. Add 2 items on the change order
3. Overwrite the "Name" (UDA) for both items. Do not apply any other change.
4. Submit the change order
5. Approve the change order
6. Change order will run in error with status equals Approval (Implementation Failed)
If only one item line is in the change order, Approval/Implementation is successful.
ENCACN module: Pre-Implementation in ECO implementation program shows below messages
