Symptoms

Pick Selection List Generation concurrent request (WSHPSRS) completes with error.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Shipping > Release Sales Orders
  2. Run the Pick Release for 1 or many sales orders.
  3. The error occurs.

What Has Been Tried?
Tried <Patch 9930760> but the issue remained but the error changed slightly.

Business Impact
Prevents further shipments from processing as pick release always fails.
