When attempting to transfer email to another agent the below error occurs
The message was successfully sent to the customer, however one of the post send operations failed. Please notify the System Administrator. When all Oracle eMail Server processes are running, please re-select the original message to finish this interaction.
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Email Center Agent Console
Navigation: Open any email -> Select action as Transfer -> Press Go
