Following errors can be seen in Install Base errors table:

ERROR:

Error code: CSI_UNEXP_SQL_ERROR
Error text: You have encountered an unexpected error in rma_receipt, with error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
and
Error text: You have encountered an unexpected error in csi_wip_trxs_pkg.bld_inst_tables_for_issue, with error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
