Running Prevalidate Discovery Fails For E-Business Suite Applications Management Plugin

Symptoms
When attempting to run Prevalidate during the Discovery Wizard in AMP 4.0 the prevalidate fails with the following error:

Result: WARNING
WARNING: Operating System User name is not Same for Agent and EBS. Please make sure that the following directory has access for the Operating System User Group common for Agent and EBS. EBS Discovery will complete successfully if the directory has recommended permissions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Grid Control console, click on the subtab "Oracle Application's,
2. Click on the link "Discovery Wizard" on the bottom,
3. Click on the "Prevalidate" button, set the monitoring user and password as well,
4 Click on the "Prevalidate Discovery" button.
