How to address Email Center: Outbox Processor Error: Invalid Addresses (Doc ID 1399427.1)

Goal

The Outbox Processor is essentially a queue for outbound emails. Requests to this queue come from auto-acknowledge, auto-routing, and auto-reply. The Outbox Processor records the interaction in
Oracle Customer Interaction History and archives a copy of the outbound email.


Note:

Messages that agents initiate are processed in real time and do not use Outbox Processor.



If the following Error is noted in the IEM_OUTBOX_ERRORS Table:
