Symptoms

The users are trying to generate a draft invoice for a specific project, however invoices are not being created.

All transactions show in 'unprocessed' report in the output file of PRC: Generate Draft Invoices. However the output report has a value of 'No' for the 'Bill?' column for the given task even though the task is checked as 'Billable' under the task setup.
