DFF are not shown on Work Order with Complete-No charges, Closed, Failed and Pending Close statuses

On : 12.1.3 version, SETUP
In Maintenance Super User Responsibility, The Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) values entered in the WorkOrder Completion Page are not shown in the Work Order Details Page after changing the workorder status to complete no charges
Expect to see the DFF information even in Work Order complete-no charges, closed, pending closed and
failed close statuses
Navigation: eAM Self Service pages--> Work Order--> All
-- Query any work order which is in released status and choose complete work order option from LOV.
-- Enter the work order completion information including the additional information in DFF field, enable by us for capturing the info.
-- Save the transaction
-- Re-query the same work order in the self service pages and click on work order link to see work order details.
-- In the completion information region, observe that the additional information saved in the DFF field is not visible, though the DFF field name is visible.
--Also see that after the job status is changed to Complete no charges the DFF is not visible
