Getting Error While Viewing Item Instance History In Install Base (Doc ID 1399833.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to check the instance history in Install Base it displays the Instance History the following error occurs on the top of the page.


ERROR
oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key
oracle.jbo.key[xxxx]


STEPS
1. Search Instance in IB
2. Navigate to Instance Details
3. Click on 'Item Instance History' link
4. Click Go button.
