Symptoms

When attempting to do Quick payment the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-FND-01934: ORA -01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in package XLE_UTILITIES_GRP procedure Get_ME_PARTY_ID_LEID


Issue can be reproduced with the following steps
Payments>Entry>Payments
Enter quickcheck header.
Enter/Adjust and select invoices.
Try to save and get error.
