Problem Statement:

RetroPay by Element error's on a assignment, with the following:

SQLERRMC ORA-20001: Items for assignment process 43092558 require rollback
Run Results, Message Lines, Assignment Latest Balances, Person Latest Balances or Element Entries exist for this assignment process. You must roll these back first.
