Not Able to Update the Bank Country That Is Incorrect (Doc ID 1400153.1)

A bank is setup with wrong Country Mexico, whereas the bank originally belongs
to United States. The address of the bank is in United States but the bank home country was wrongly set to Mexico. It is not possible to update the bank Home. How can this be fixed?
