Not Able to Update the Bank Country That Is Incorrect (Doc ID 1400153.1)

A bank is setup with wrong Country A, whereas the bank originally belongs to B. The address of the bank is in B but the bank home country was wrongly set to A. It is not possible to update the bank Home. How can this be fixed?
