Install Base Current Location Party Number LOV Returns No Values (Doc ID 1400155.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
While trying to update the Location attributes of a Item instance through Install Base, the search by party number is not returning any value even though party number entered is valid


Expected Behavior
To be able to search by valid party number


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Installed Base User > Oracle Installed Base
2. Query back instance to update
3. On General page search for new party number in Current Location section using valid party number
4. Search returns "No records were found matching the given criteria.." message
