Symptoms

On Application 12.0.6 version,
When upgrading database to 11GR2 using <note 1058763.1> Interoperability Notes EBS R12 with Database 11gR2,
at Step 23  the creation of the xml context file from the new ORACLE_HOME, running perl $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin/adbldxml.pl,
the following error occurs:

Starting context file generation for db tier..
Using JVM from /<RBDMS-ORACLE_HOME>/jdk/jre/bin/java to execute java programs..
APPS Password: ...

UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni11
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: njni11 (Not found in java.library.path)
