An existing legal entity (LE) has been assigned to one primary ledger. However due to re-org changes, want to un-assign this LE from the current ledger and create a new ledger and assign this particular LE. After end-dating all balancing segment values under this LE in current ledger, still cannot add this LE to new Accounting Setup. It returned "no item found".
a) currently there are two legal entities (LE1 and LE2) associated to one primary ledger
b) there are posted transactions in GL for the BSVs assigned to both legal entities
c) there is also data in the sub-ledgers for the BSVs assigned to both legal entities
d) due to a re-org, now want to un-assign LE1from the primary ledger and assign it to a new primary ledger and maintain it's data history and legal entity/operation unit.
Steps to Reproduce:
Setup>Financials>Accounting Setup Manager>Accounting Setups
Create Accounting Setup
Add Another Row
