11i Payments Not Found in R12 Payment Manager but Found in Payment Workbench

11i upgraded payments cannot be found in Payment Manager>Payments tab.
However the same payments are found in Payment Workbench form.

Upgraded payments to be found in both places.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Search for upgraded payments under Payment Manager>Payments tab and cannot locate.
Search for the same upgraded payments under Payments>Entry>Payments and found them.
