After have upgraded from to R12.1.3, and ran the Collections Territory Migration Program, got an error when opening the migrated Collections territories via the Territory UI:

Can open the territory page for 'Read Only' mode when click on it's name link,  without any error raised.

Note that in, Collections territories were set under Sales usage , while in R12 they are set under  Collections Usage . That's why we need to run the 'Collections Territory Migration' program, to convert the existing Sales usage to the new Collections usage involved in R12.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the 'Collections Territory Migration' program, to migrate Sales usage territories set in , to Collections usage in R12 .
2. Login under Territory Management responsibility.
3. Click on Territories Tab.
4. Select one of the migrated Collections usage territories.
5. Click on Update Icon to open  the Territory details page.
6. The Java Error occurs.
