 How to use this Period Close Advisor:
 Payables:
 **Evaluate & Prepare**
 1. Review Training Material
  2. Validate Setup
 3. Apply Recommended Patches
 4. Ensure Data Consistency
 **Process Transactions**
 1. Complete Invoices and Credits
 2. Complete Invoice Import
 3. Import from external system or Internet Expenses
 4. Run Invoice Validation
 5. Review the Invoice on Hold Report
 6. Complete Payments 
 7.  Run a Payment Process Request at the month end (Optional)
 8. Confirm all Payment Instructions
 9. Reconcile Payments to Bank Statement Activity for the Period 
 10. Run the Payments Register (Optional)
 11. Submit the Update Matured Bills Payables Status Process
 **Create Accounting**
 1. Run Create Accounting
 2. Review the Transfer Journal Entries to GL
 3. Run and Review the Unaccounted Transactions Report
 4. Transfer All accounted Invoices and Payments to the General Ledger
 5. Review the Transfer Journal Entries to GL Report generated from step 4
 6. Run the Posted Invoices Register
 7. Run the Posted Payments Register
 **Reconcile**
 1. Run the Accounts Payable Trial Balance
 2. Run Third Party Balances Report (Optional)
 3. Submit and review Account Analysis Report
 4. Run Reports for Tax Reporting Purposes (Optional)
 5. Run the Key Indicators Report (Optional)
 **Close Period**
 1. Close the Current Oracle Payables Period
 2. Submit the Unaccounted Transactions Sweep Program
 3. Accrue Uninvoiced Receipts
 4. Run Mass Additions Transfer to Oracle Assets
 5. Open the Next Oracle Payables Period
