Symptoms


Intermittent, poor performance while using Customer Search Quick Query form. 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using Collection Agent responsibility.
Menu> Search 
Run the Quick Search with Customer by Account with an Account number as the parameter.
