Symptoms
When attempting to enter a mileage line on an Internet Expense report for expense type : AUD Business Mileage the following error occurs.

Error - There is no rate for the information entered. Please enter new information or contact your
expense administrator
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp AUD Internet Expenses > Create Expense Report > Template AUD EXPENSE TEMPLATE
2. Mileage Expense - multi-row page
3. Expense Type defaults 'AUD Business Mileage' (only one available)
Enter Start Date, Number of Days, Justification and Distance.
Click on Details
Enter Vehicle Type and Additional Info
Click on Calculate Amount
3. Receive Error - There is no rate for the information entered. Please enter new information or contact your expense administrator
