Receipt Form Issue: Customer Reference Section Drops Off After Saving The Record (Doc ID 1401644.1)

Symptoms

When a receipt is applied to an invoice, you have the ability to store comments on the 'Comments' field on the application screen.

Right next to the 'Comments' section is a 'Customer Reference' section which drops off after saving the record. Also, whenever a comment is added after the fact, the system appears to show a positive and negative record on the activities screen.
