Receipts Workbench Issue: Form Allows Saving a Miscellaneous Receipt with REFERENCE_TYPE but Without REFERENCE_ID (AR_S_00032) (Doc ID 1402555.1)

Symptoms

In the Receipts form, you created a Miscellaneous Receipt, which was had  'Reference Type' as 'REMITTANCE' but null 'Reference Number'. The form allowed you to save this Receipt. When you re-query it, the following error is raised:

ORA-1403: no data found
FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-1403.
