Symptoms
Credit memo API fails when credit memo is initiated from Trade Management:
Error Log:
1: EXCEPTION: Error Calling arp_process_credit.insert_header ORA-28115: policy with check option violation
2: Failure encountered in AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.Create_request call to arw_cmreq_cover.ar_request_cm
3: An error occurred when calling AR credit memo workflow API to create credit memo.

3: An error occurred when calling AR credit memo workflow API to create credit memo.
Steps to reproduce:
- Initiate claim in Trade Management
- Request approval
- Claim goes to AR
- Workflow is set to Autoapproval
- Workflow notification shows error above
