Error at the procedure "CN_S_QUOTA_DIST - SET_NON_DISTRIBUTE" (Doc ID 1403063.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Installation Issues

On PROD, customer is trying to import OIC application data to Datamart by kick off the concurrent process "Incentive Compensation Analystics - ODI" (shortname=CN_ODI_CALL), this main process ran into completion with no error.

Before the CN_ODI_CALL program is completed it spawned the process to run on
the ODI instance, via ODI interface/console we can see an ODI session (run the CN_ANALYTICS_PKG) ran but failed with error at the procedure
"CN_S_QUOTA_DIST - SET_NON_DISTRIBUTE"

Part of the error contains
