R12: Receiving Account Distribution Report Output Displays Asterisks '*' in Quantity Fields (Doc ID 1404385.1)

Symptoms

When the receipt quantity has a length of more than 10 digits, "Receiving Account Distribution Report" show asterisks (*) in  the "Quantity" and in the "Total Quantity" fields instead of the actual quantity.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a receipt for a quantity with length more than 10 characters (for example: 2712242.41)
2. Navigate to Requests - > Submit a New Request - >Receiving Account Distribution Report
3. Receiving Account Distribution Report prints in Quantity and Total Quantity fields asterisks (*) instead of the actual quantity
