There is slow performance of the process 'PO Output For Communication' (POXPOPDF) when it is automatically spawned after a purchase order is approved.

Steps to reproduce

1. Raise and submit a purchase order (PO) for approval.
2. Approve the PO.
3. The PO Output For Communication (POXPOPDF) is automatically spawned after approval but is showing slow performance.
