JboException Error When Clicking Quote Details Link From Workflow Notification (Doc ID 1406411.1)

Symptoms

On Test: 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface

Error returned when clicking on the 'Quote Details' hyper link on the Quote Approval workflow notifications:

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.StackOverflowError, msg=null at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912) at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:888) at _OAErrorPage._jspService(_OAErrorPage.java:221)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Workflow
2. Notifications
3. ASO APPROVAL
4. Click "Quote Details" hyperlink
